How do I get access to pre-sale tickets? Previous Homestand Weekend ticket buyers and those who signed up for the priority access on will be able to buy tickets during the pre-sale period.  

What are ticket prices? Weekend passes will range from $65-$300 depending on the venue and seat location. Individual day passes will go on sale at a later date – prices TBA.  

What does my ticket include? Each ticket guarantees a reserved seat in the venue and access to view all matches of the day. Fans will have the ability to purchase seats from a variety of options, including a limited number of VIP floor seats. Food and drinks will be available for purchase inside the venue. Parking options will vary depending on the venue.  

I signed up for the priority access list. How do I buy tickets? All members of the priority access list will receive an email on Tuesday, August 27 that includes a unique link to access the priority ticket sale. Be sure to check your emails beginning at 12 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, August 27. If you do not see an email with a link, double check your spam settings.  

Will there be VIP packages available? VIP seating is available in the VIP Front Floor section of the venues. A limited number of VIP tickets are available.  

What upgrade packages will be offered? There will be unique upgrade packages for each venue for add-on items such as autograph signings, premium items, etc. Ticket buyers will have the first opportunity to purchase upgrades once they become available. Upgrade packages will be sold separately from seating tickets.  

What is included with a VIP Front Floor seat? VIP Front Floor seating are the best seats in the house! Located front and center with in-seat concessions service. The seats also allow for a more spacious viewing experience, with highest quality chairs in the venue, additional leg room at the event, and high chance to appear on the Overwatch League broadcast (wear your favorite Fuel gear!). These will be different than the overstuffed chairs from Homestand Weekend Dallas in April 2019 to allow for more fans to partake in the VIP Floor section.  

Will there be fireworks, smoke, or pyrotechnics at the event? The events may have fireworks, smoke, and pyrotechnics on stage. If you are sensitive to these items, you may want to consider a seat further from the stage.  

Is there a maximum number of tickets I can purchase? An individual may purchase 10 tickets at one time. If you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets, please complete multiple transactions.  

Will season passes be offered? Due to having multiple venues for our 2020 season, season tickets will not be offered. As tickets go on sale for future events, past event ticket buyers will get priority access ahead of the general public.  

How do I buy tickets for someone else? Every ticket will be for a reserved seat, so you can purchase and gift as many tickets as you would like. All seats will have a digital ticketing component, so you can forward that to a friend to be scanned upon entering the venue.  

If I can’t buy a specific seat initially, how can I sit with a friend? After buying your ticket, you can share you “invite a friend” link that will be given at the end of your purchase. If your friend uses this link and purchases tickets in the same section, the ticketing system will place those seats as close together as possible.  

My business/school/team/group is interested in purchasing a suite or club level seats. Who do I contact? Availability of suites or club level suites will vary per venue. Visit to send in a request.

Are there special discounts available? There is no special discount pricing available for 2020 Dallas Fuel Overwatch Weekend events. Each ticket for 2020 Dallas Fuel Overwatch Weekend events is for a reserved seat that allows the individual access to all matches played that day. Where is parking available? Parking options will vary per venue. Check back for specifics at a later date.  

What is the bag check and security policy? All attendees will have to undergo a metal detector and bag check security screening. Bag policies will vary per venue. More security details will be sent to each ticket purchaser closer to the event.  

Will cosplay be allowed? Yes, subject to compliance with our COSPLAY and PROP RULES. All props will need to be checked by security. Please see cosplay FAQ for details.  

Will there be food and beverages available for purchase? Food and beverages, including alcohol sales for guests aged 21+ with a valid ID, will be available for purchase from each venue. No outside food or beverage will be allowed.  

Where should I stay if I am traveling in from out of town? There are a number of hotel and hospitality accommodations around the different venues. Check back at a later date for special reservations blocks for each event.  

What is the policy on camera or recording in the arena? There are no restrictions on taking photos and video at the event. Equipment will be restricted based on venue security policies.  


What are the Dallas Fuel Overwatch Weekend events? Each weekend will be a two-day event for fans to show their support for the Fuel as the team plays a visiting opponent at one of Dallas’ world-class esports venues.

2020 Dallas Fuel Overwatch Weekends are family friendly events. These rules apply to everyone in venue that is a part of the events. There may be minor exceptions for cosplay contests, but you must have the contest coordinator’s approval. For additional questions, email  

DRESS CODE RULES: Costumes that could be confused with local, state, or federal law enforcement of any kind are not permitted All masks must be removed while entering the building. Masks can be put back on for photo opportunities but should remain off otherwise. Nothing that you could use to attach yourself, even temporarily, to another person. Examples: handcuffs, leashes, rope, etc. No profanity on clothing or costume Flesh colored garments or accessories do not count as coverage. Underwear is not clothing and cannot be worn on its own. Shoes must be worn at all times. Flip-flops at minimum. Men must also wear opaque clothing over their breasts (refer to graphic below for more information). However, it is acceptable that men can remove their shirt temporarily for cosplay photos. Make sure your costume does not contour to your private body parts. If it does please wear extra undergarments as necessary  

PROP CHECK · All Cosplay props must be taken to Prop Check regardless of size, type, or material · All props will be tagged after being approved by prop check staff · All attendees are required to comply with requests by Convention Staff, Hotel Staff, and Dallas Police to verify that Prop Check has been performed and the prop in question is permitted · All masks must be removed while entering the building. Masks can be put back on for photo opportunities but should remain off otherwise.  

SWORDS, KNIVES, AXES, OR OTHER BLADED WEAPONRY · No metal weapons (peace-tied, tethered or sheathed edged weapons are not permitted) · No blades of any types. There are NO exceptions given even if its dull or covered · No sharp edges on non-metal weapons · Items may not be swung or used in a threatening manner  

FIREARMS · All firearms must have a closed barrel with a visible orange tip · All airsoft and paintball weapons must be trigger disabled and demonstrated to be unable to fire upon request · Attached scopes or laser attachments must be disabled and demonstrate to be unable to power on · Water gun barrels and attachment containers must be visibly empty · Firing any type of projectile is not permitted (including water, bubbles, or silly string) · Dallas police will reserve the right for prop removal from public spaces if a gun prop is deemed to be too realistic.  

BOWS, CROSSBOWS, SLINGSHOTS, AND OTHER PROJECTILES · Arrows and other projectiles must have all tips removed. Cover or sheathing will not be permitted. · Projectiles must not be strung and demonstrated to be unable to fire projectiles · Firing any type of projectile is not permitted (including foam)  

WOODEN STAVES, BATS, WOODEN KATANAS, OR OTHER WOODEN BLUNT OBJECTS · Cannot be composed of solid metal (metal detailing is permitted) · Wooden bats are permitted but will be reviewed year-to-year · Metal nails or spikes of any type must not be protruding from all blunt weapons · Items may not be swung or used in a threatening manner · Props heavy enough to cause injury may be declined on a case-by-case basis  

NON-WOODEN STAVES, POLES, FLAGS, OR WALKING STICKS · May not be made of metal · PVC and plastic piping is allowed · May not be swung or used in a threatening manner · As a courtesy, please review flag etiquette when carrying a national flag · Selfie sticks are currently permitted but will be evaluated on a year-to-year basis  

BULKY COSTUMES SUCH AS: WINGS, GUNDAMS, FURSUITS, OR STILTS · Use a handler if your vision is significantly impaired (a handler is another attendee who will escort you around the convention) · Wings must be collapsible or removable to prevent impeding crowds in tight spaces · Cosplayers may be asked to remove stilts if staff believes there is a significant tripping hazard · Cosplayers may be asked to remove bulky items in tight spaces or crowds · Costumes must not have the ability to shoot projectiles of any type  

EXTERNAL ACCESSORIES · Powders, sand or flashsbangs for visual effect are not allowed · External speakers, especially if continually playing loud music will be removed from all public spaces · All props may not have the ability to use sound · Cigarette props must be unlit and unable to emit vapors · Real food for food props cannot be used · Food packaging props must not contain real food · Prop bottles must not contain any liquids · Scooters, bikes, inline skates, and hoverboards are prohibited as props and cannot be used in public spaces, exception made during the cosplay contest · Signage of any kind is not allowed
